Before joining Revolt, Keir founded and led multiple companies through high-growth stages. As co-founder and CEO of FRENDS, he created an entirely new category of fashion-forward headphones, growing the brand into a global presence with retail placement at Apple, Nordstrom, and Best Buy, partnerships with luxury houses like Dolce & Gabbana, and a following that included Rihanna and Jessica Alba. The company was acquired in 2017.

He later launched OPEN Brewing in Los Angeles, an award-winning, multicultural beer brand blending skate, art, and community culture. As Managing Director, he led capital raises, secured strategic partnerships with New Belgium Brewing, and scaled distribution across competitive markets.

Through his consulting firm, Dillon Agency, he partnered with early-stage founders to translate bold ideas into market-leading brands through strategy, marketing, and capital raising. His track record of turning vision into sustainable businesses made him a natural fit to help build Revolt’s advisor-first ecosystem.
