With a mildly successful early career in professional golf, he developed the discipline, strategic mindset, and mental toughness that would later shape his leadership in the financial world. While he didn’t go on to win majors, the lessons learned on the green still guide how he builds, leads, and thinks.

Before launching Revolt, Eric held executive and C-suite roles at several national financial organizations, where he led business development, scaled growth strategies, and built high-performance sales teams. These experiences gave him firsthand insight into what the industry gets wrong—and how to build something better.

He’s also the co-host of the No Suits Allowed podcast, where he brings raw, unfiltered conversations about business, leadership, and breaking from the mold.
